The Personal Vacuum Assisted Climber was created by Utah State University's Ascending Aggies and was the winning device in the Air Force Research Laboratory Design Challenge. Not exactly stealth, but maybe after a few tweaks using their $100,000 prize money, the PVAC will be ready for covert ops before you know it.
